These portrait drawings are a couple examples of the many line drawings I have made of various people. They were influenced by a number of artists from different periods, as well as Ub Iwerks and possibly Japanese artists. The motifs in the background are from early byzantine art and I have used them in these portraits as a hypothetical way to display colors using traditional art mediums and new technology.
